Industrial Remote Control System
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), with all its relays and ladder forms are now being replaced by digital electronics and uses industrial remote controls to send information including the supervisory level of the process. PLCs are providing logical operations and to some models, it continuously control the industrial process flow without intervention and the main tasks are just to have it monitored and make sure that the process is being followed. Actually it will give you less to monitor unless the machine malfunctions.Industrial remote controls are no longer connected via wires. It uses radio frequency to transmit signals and communicates through digital pulses. RF devices uses antenna to allow the receiver to accept the signals transmitted by transceivers. Enclosures are needed to make sure that the industrial remote control is secured.
Industrial remote control can be of varieties. It performance is based on specification, configurations, transmitters and receivers. It may also differ on features and the number of inputs and outputs. All remote controllers have this varying distance to make sure that the transceivers and receivers communicate well. Industrial remote controllers have maximum distance and will no longer work if you are more than the maximum distance.
